Do I qualify for testing?
You qualify for testing if you have any of the COVID CDC listed symptoms have been exposed to the virus or traveled outside of the country/state.
What type of test is performed?
We offer testing that we send to the lab in partner with Natural State Labs.
We offer this test at all 3 of our locations.
How is my sample for testing collected?
We collect samples via nasal swab. In the back of our building we have a parking lot where patients can park and call to have us come out to their car and get tested.
How will I get results?
For PCR testing that is sent to the lab the results come back within 36-48 hours. A provider or member of our staff will call you with your results and if you need a copy we can email or fax it.
Is there an out-of-pocket cost?
Testing is covered by all insurances that we are in-network with. No out of pocket costs unless the patient doesn’t have insurance.
Do you take insurance?

How much is your self-pay cost?
Primary Care 360 offers Rapid Antigen Testing and PCR testing that takes about 36-48 hours for results to be reported. Please call for more information about cost.

You can schedule an appointment by calling us or simply requesting an appointment through our website.
What do I need to bring with me?
Insurance ID and Photo ID
How do I prepare for the visit?
Bring insurance ID and Photo ID. Wear a mask upon arrival and call 501-833-4001 once arrived. Please remain in your vehicle, this test is done from the covneince of your vehicle. We will come out to you.
What if I need to bring my kids or other family members?
Keep your family members and kids in the car with you and let us know if they need a test as well.
